Giving Tuesday
Fondle Forward with Us
Today is Giving Tuesday—a moment to come together in generosity, community, and intention.
For The FONDLE PROJECT, it’s a day to stand with women everywhere: women navigating breast health uncertainty, survivors rebuilding their relationship with their bodies, and the countless women who were never taught how to truly Know Their Normal.
As a mother of two daughters who face a higher risk of breast cancer, this mission is deeply personal. And it’s even more personal coming from my own personal experience. Despite a clear mammogram and two clear ultrasounds - I discovered my own lump at the age 41 simply by being familiar with my breasts. A self-exam changed everything. I had to advocate for myself, push for an MRI, and pursue multiple opinions until I received my breast cancer diagnosis. If I had waited, who knows what my fate would have been.
Knowing my body caught my cancer very early. And every women deserves that same knowledge, confidence and power. Sharing my story and other stories builds awareness and amplifies our message. Women are being diagnosed younger. Midlife women often rely solely on an annual screening. And many have never been taught how to perform a proper self-exam, ask the right questions, or advocate for themselves with confidence.
Breast health isn’t one appointment or your annual mammogram once a year.
It’s awareness, education, embodiment, and connection to your body—every day.
And that includes movement and wellness.
What we put on our bodies matters. What we put in our bodies matters. And how we move our bodies matters. Through our events, movement classes, and wellness conversations, we help women reconnect to their bodies and understand their own physical cues.
A part of our work is also clean beauty education, spotlighting sustainable brands and helping women understand what they’re putting on their skin. Whole-body awareness is breast health.
This is the heart of The FONDLE PROJECT. We are building a community rooted in wellness, awareness and empowerment, committed to:
✨ Breast health education for all women
✨ Community events that open a safe space to open up the conversation around self-exams and breast literacy, guiding women on how to make them simple, approachable, and part of their routine
✨ Movement + wellness events that deepen body awareness
✨ Healing workshops for survivors, supporting them through recovery, reconnection and reclaiming their bodies
✨ Clean beauty education helping women make informed choices, paying attention to labels and ingredients in products
✨ Partnering with like-minded sustainable brands to curate care kits supporting survivors at the beginning of their healing journey
✨ Our annual fashion editorial campaign shining light on survivors to feel beautiful, powerful, and seen
